Boiler House requires a state-of-Art layout design to accommodate boiler and its macheneries for proper utilising of space considering the Ashetics, Ease of Safe and Maintanence friednly.
Steam is critical and a common utility in the plant. Steam Distribution, Measuring, Controlling with respect to Flow, Pressure, & Temperature is the key for best productivity, quality and safety for plant and for steam piping distribution network where it all depends on Good Engineering Design interms of Header and Consumers Pipe sizing, Selection of Control valves and Steam Traps which suites to its right function.

The Basic and Detailed Engineering shall be carried out with Design deliverables of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Piping & Equipment Layout, General Arrangement & Fabrication Drawings, Piping Stress Analysis, Piping Isometric Drawings, generation of Piping Material Specifications along with detailed Bill Of Materials. Project execution shall deliver the Safe and Quality of works within the limitations of Budget and Targeted Time-lines up to the customer satisfaction.
To maintain the boiler efficiency, safety and quality, its always necessary to keep an eye on thermal recovery of Condensate Recovery, Flue Gas Temperature Recovery and Blowdonw Heat Recovery.
